security officers to show good judgment,
quickly respond to incidents or events and
have a professional appearance and attitude
to address any concerns that develop. Such
tasks might include, for example developing
tracking mechanisms (communications
equipment, establishing reporting processes
(incident report), developing procedures for
carrying out stated responsibilities which
includes memos on polices and procedures as
well as manuals, communicating expectations
to staff and providing pertinent training.
There is a
solid system of checks and balance to ensure
the quality of decision making processes.
Deployment of officers would include relief
area at post of 15 minutes to ensure proper
transition of shifts. The supervisors will
act as a liaison between staff and
management to ensure proper production of
